At endota spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your skincare or wellness products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

  Email our guest experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorisation number.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and include your return documentation before sending them back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
